Our journey with machinery began in 2001. At that time, one of the largest Italian companies producing woodworking machinery won a contract to supply more machines to furniture manufacturing plants in Poland. One of the conditions of this contract was to provide ongoing maintenance of these machines. We were then asked to carry out this task. Our first tasks were the assembly of the new machines and their commissioning. After a few months, we also provided operator training and ongoing maintenance of the machines on behalf of our Italian contractor. At the time, we relied on our work and our own skills, but our greatest asset was our commitment to the job.
With this experience and a team of qualified specialists our company is in state of constant developement. We provide highest level services ranging from small current maintenances up to relocations of whole production lines.
The expansion of our main customer’s machine park and the increased demand for support in machine assembly prompted us to increase our human resources. In 2005, AG Service was founded, and since then we began to build our team of specialists. The Italian machine manufacturer appreciated our skills and we started receiving orders for machine assembly and commissioning all over the world. In fact, we have been to every continent except South America.
Our specialties have become ongoing maintenance of machines, troubleshooting, relocation of production lines, and assembly of new machines. We constantly train in new technologies and keep up-to-date with new developments.
At present, we are also engaged in the manufacture of machine components and spare parts. An example of a product that we supply to the market is drill heads in various configurations and types.
To briefly summarize the story about us, we strive to ensure that the only appropriate answer to the question “Then what do we do now?”, in the case of the most difficult machine failures, is: “Call AG Serwis – they will definitely help”.
